Best New and Redesigned High-End Cars of 2019 (Part II)

2019 BMW 8 Series

During the 90s, BMW made the 8 Series, a good-looking coupe that came with either a V8 or V12 engine. Though the sporty, sleek coupe was never a good sale, it became a fav among many fans of the German luxury car brand.

For 2019, BMW reintroduces the 8 Series in a recognizable form, a powerful, luxurious grand touring coupe, which also is the automaker’s flagship model. The 2019 BMW M850i was the first iteration available when the new model arrived in ‘18.

2019 Genesis G70

Though the 2019 Genesis G70 is the first compact luxury sedan from the recently established luxury manufacturer, it seems prepared to strike fear into the hearts of its competitors.

Performance-related improvements are also available, like a mechanical limited-slip differential included in the Dynamic package and an upgrade to a more vigorous braking system.

2019 Kia K900

Kia’s flagship sedan, the K900, gets a redesign for 2019.  Among the many improvements, a firmer bodywork helps to enhance the full-size sedan’s driving dynamics.

Kia has improved the car’s comfort, infotainment, and driver assistance equipment. A new ambient cabin lighting setup created in conjunction with Pantone Color Institute offers your choice of over 60 different colors to help customize the cabin.

2019 Lexus ES

The 2019 Lexus ES sedan gets a meticulous redesign, including a first-ever F Sport variant for ES 350 models.

Built on a new vehicle platform, the 2019 ES is longer, wider, lower and firmer than before. Improvements are sleeker styling, a larger and more comfortable interior, a quieter ride, and better handling. Lexus also provides the 2019 ES more standard driver assistance and collision avoidance technology. Highlights are pre-collision warning with cyclist and pedestrian detection, lane-departure alert, automatic high-beam headlights, and adaptive cruise control.
